DELIVERY
Send
Orders placed online will be sent next day from the date of the order. However, there might be a delay in periods of high demand as the arrival of containers, promotions, or festive dates.
When the customers submit the order, they expressly agree that the carrier will be the one indicated by Brazil Express. If any cases of doubts regarding the collection, transportation, and delivery, it must be dealt with before the order is sent.
Collection
The collection will be made at the address of Brazil Express by the carrier indicated by it, when available. After collection, the responsibility for transport and delivery becomes the carrier.
Brazil Express will provide by e-mail a tracking number for the customer to follow the progress of the transport and delivery of your order.
Delivery
The delivery of the Goods will be considered completed when:
a) Brazil Express (or the carrier designated by Brazil Express) delivers the Goods to the address indicated by the Client, even if the Client is not present at the address.
b) Customer or the carrier indicated by the Customer takes possession of the Goods at the address of Brazil Expres
c) Delivery times:
>Gold Coast: 1 working day
>Major cities: 2 to 3 working days
>Rural area: 3 to 5 business days
Loss
In case of the loss is verified and confirmed by the carrier, Brazil Express will make the reshipment at no additional cost to the customer.
Damaged product
In case of damage verified in whole or part of the order, the customer must provide images of the damaged products and send them to Brazil Express. After careful analysis, if proven the cause of the damage was from the carrier, Brazil Express will send the damaged products back to the customer at no additional cost.
Brazil Express highly recommends that customers when receiving their orders, please check the integrity of the packaging, and if in doubt, ask the driver to wait for the packaging to be open to confirm the integrity of its contents.
