The beak pepper is a delicious treat, with a sweet taste (it doesn't burn). Excellent seasoning for cooking! Biquinho pepper has a striking flavor, but without burning the mouth, as it does not have the characteristic ardor of this type of spice, it has conquered fans throughout Brazil. The reaction of people, combined with the various ways of using the spice, whether in savory or sweet dishes, reinforces its potential. You can eat like a strawberry.

As the Biquinho pepper does not burn, it can be consumed even by children. In addition, it is beautiful and adorns dishes and salads. The fruit is a berry, resembling a capsule. It has a wide variety of shapes, sizes and colors. The color of ripe fruits is red, but can vary from milky yellow, deep yellow, orange, salmon, red and purple to black. The format varies between species. There are elongated, rounded, triangular and rectangular fruits.

Both pickled and fresh, the chili peppers go well with sweet and sour dishes, such as mango salad, chutneys or pepper jellies (whether straight or combined with other hot peppers). In leafy and burning green salads, they offer great contrast. Arugula, watercress and mustard are delicious options.
