Fresh destemmed grapes;
Steam distillation at a temperature of 80°C;
Separation of solids;
Bottling at 85°C in glass bottles with twist-off caps;
Pasteurization at 90°C;
Temperature maintained at 20°C in the cellar;
Maturation for 02 months until stabilization of juice compounds;
3-year shelf life.
Casa Madeira Organic Grape Juice is genuinely ecological, respecting the environment through the preservation and restoration of natural resources.
